Nunavik, Québec, March 24, 2014 – Members of Team Nunavik–Québec (TNQ) represented their region well both on and off the field during the Arctic Winter Games (AWG) in Fairbanks, Alaska March 16-22. They returned to their home communities yesterday with new friends and stories to share.

March 3, 2014 Kuujjuaq, Quebec – The Kativik Regional Police Force (KRPF) is launching its very first Gun Safety Awareness Day with activities promoting safe handling and storing of firearms taking place in all 14 communities on March 3, 2014. KRPF officers, with the help of the cadets will distribute free gun locks along with promotional items while giving out prevention tips.>

February 21, 2014, Kuujjuaq, (Québec) - The Kativik Regional Government (KRG) would like to remind Nunavimmiut that we are nearing the sun-transit period for the winter 2014. From February 21 to March 7, in the Eastern Time zone, short and periodic losses of service may be observed between 2:22 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. on a daily basis.
